11 years after issuing the uniform rules for demand guarantees URDG 758, the international chamber of commerce in Paris issued its new publication on international standard demand guarantee practice ISDGP which is a supplement to its first publication and an explanation of its ambiguities.

This workshop will sheds light on the demand guarantees and its uniform rules ending with the International standard demand guarantee practice recently issued in May 2021.
