BACKGROUND

We have lately witnessed in 2021 an outbreak of cybersecurity threats whereby the biggest companies
and social media providers were exposed to massive data leaks and triple extortion. Because of the
rapidly changing environment, the long list of vulnerabilities and the advanced tools and techniques falling in the hands of hackers, a continuous security awareness training is crucial to curb the rising gap between security professionals and attackers.

Objectives

Users are the first line of defence against cyber-attacks and at the same time the weakest link. The purpose of this training is to shed the light on the latest threats in 2021 and the top concerns in 2022. Subsequently, the sessions combine best practices, security frameworks, real case studies and hand on labs in which attendees will understand the mindset of a hacker and get ready for the battle.

Prerequisites

Attendees should bring their laptops with minimum specs:
– Windows 10
– Memory: 16 GB RAM
– Available storage 200 GB
– Internet access required for some labs
