MANAMA – KINGDOM OF BAHRAIN 17 – 19 JANUARY 2016
The complexity of the new systems in business management along with the rapid changes in the Human Resources perspectives, specially in acquiring the right training needs for staff is increasing nowadays in banks and financial institutions. The hardship lies not only in pointing the training needs; rather, there are several challenges in implementing the right solutions and measuring the returns of these solutions; a cycle that will fail if it does not begin in the right track.
Before training design issues are considered, a careful needs analysis is required to develop a systematic understanding of where and when training is needed, what needs to be taught or trained, who will be trained and most importantly how will the training be conducted. Unless such a needs assessment has been adequately performed it may be difficult to rationally justify providing training.
Closing the cycle will not be properly done if the Return on Investment process is not applied well. This will provide us, as professionals, with positive confidence to present and prove the Impact on Business as a result of the training solutions.
