| Promoting and strengthening the relationships between its fellow members, and enforcing their cooperation and the coordination of their activities, in order to achieve the basic objectives of the Union. |
| Studying issues related to exchange, lending, and banking operations on the Magharibian and International levels, in addition to offering recommendations and suggestions in this regard to authorities and specialized bodies in the Union of Arab Maghrib, in order to achieve the free mobility of capital and goods between member countries. |
