Observer Members:

1. Arab Central Banks & Monetary Authorities.
2. Banking Unions, Associations and Committees in Arab countries.
3. Joint Arab Banks and Financial Institutions with an Arab ownership share of less than 51% but no less than 25%.
4. Any other entities or institutions approved by the Union’s General Assembly upon recommendation by the Board of Directors.

Observer members may participate in the Union’s General Assembly without voting rights.
